I became familiar with Cory through his science fiction
writing. He broadcasts big ideas and writes about them
with humor and an every-smart-man viewpoint.

I came across Cory Doctorow from reading about one of
his highlights in work BoingBoing. He never has a dull
subject. Always digging up interesting material and
content. Some of which have to go down as being even
comedic. But just because there might be some humor and
odd finds don't let that stop you from thinking
otherwise. Hes on top of his game and you will get
sucked into his world and hooked. i really enjoyed his
posts personally.

Some of his posts are pretty funny. They're
descriptive enough that you don't NEED to watch the
video that's usually attached but he plays it up enough
that curiosity gets the best of you. I'd say he has a
unique angle that he's working from. Good content.
Where does he find these things?! Like the business
card made from meat was truly one of a kind. Actually
its a good idea, too. People print ads on candy
wrappers all the time, why not beef jerky?

I've first heard about Cory Doctorow from
boingboing.net, his most successful online venture, and
I was instantly hooked by his impeccable style of
writing, his wit and his many awesome subjects. He's a
great humanitarian and one of the most open minded
people I've ever had the pleasure of reading. After
enjoying boingboing for a great deal of time, I've
bought his book, Little Brother, and let me tell you
the guy's also a visionary. Many of the things he
imagined to be in the future actually happened in the
mean time. As a conclusion, I'm fully recommending his
writings to anyone interested in what one of the
greatest contemporary science fiction writers has to
say about the world and ourselves.
