Another vegan saga where they try to prove you can get
healthy through their diet. Factual evidence proves
there is great health and balance in moderation. This
writer hasn't explored all types of diets yet claims to
know expertly on one type. Would not recommend

How is this #1?

theplantrx.com is a discontinued site. Top of webpage
states this domain expired on 12/15/2012 and is pending
renewal or deletion. Hey, maybe this person is a good
writer, but certainly does not belong so in this forum
at this listed web address.

I was originally vegetarian but as soon as I met Dr.
Taylor and joined the Plant Rx study I have become
Vegan. At first it was really hard but with Dr.
Taylor's support I have had an easier time. My
cholesterol has come down in the past 30 days and I
feel so much healthier. Thanks Dr. Taylor!

Plant Based Lifesyles

This is a great source of informantion for someone that
is trying to get into a better state of health. I have
had great results on this diet. I have been on the
diet for a little over 45 days and have lost 20 lbs.
and feel like a new person.

It's the first place I go for information about
plant-based nutrition

Dr. Jenna Taylor's writings and the information she
provides through theplantrx.com have changed my life. I
had no idea where to start a plant-based diet, but I
had this feeling in my gut (so to speak) that all the
meat, dairy, and refined sugars were the culprits
behind my high blood pressure and sluggishness. I
exercise at least 5 days a week and was following
various diets, most of which focused on getting more
protein. I grew up eating large portions of meat with a
few plant-based foods as sides. Even then most of the
"plant" foods were refined - white bread,
white pasta, white rice, etc. How could a person like
me ever learn to eat out of the produce section? That's
when I discovered The Plant RX, and yes, it changed my
life. From recipes to in depth reviews of scientific
studies to Dr. Taylor's own practical, real-time study
of everyday folks like me, The Plant RX is an excellent
resource for all thngs plant-based. After just over
two months of following a plant-based diet, I'm at my
ideal weight, my blood-pressure is better than it has
been since my early 20s, and I feel energized! Thanks,
Dr. Taylor!!!
