Scribnia is a VC-backed website where users review online authors and get author recommendations. We are building a database of ratings and reviews for every blogger, columnist, and reporter available online. Scribnia uses "Context ratings"--metrics specific to each writer's domain--to enable deep searching and accurate writer recommendations to help you find fun, compelling writers to read.
Alpha testers help jump-start Scribnia by reviewing online authors whom they read. Your reviews will serve as the foundation for Scribnia as it grows and becomes a presence on the web. Many other users will read your reviews and use your insight to determine whether they might like the authors you review.
- Participants in the alpha tester program get paid $1.50 for each review they write
- In order to count as a qualifying review, the reivew must be coherent, relevant, and must be at least 80 words long
- Participants are eligible to be paid as soon as they write three reviews or more; payments will be made with PayPal
- Terms of the program are subject to change at the discretion of Scribnia ownership
