Loved the book, but the blog is less entertaining

June 20, 2009

Major props to Levitt for the book, "Freakonomics." I
have the blog in my feed reader but rarely find myself
clicking on the articles. While the book presented
ground-breaking material forcing us to rethink our
assumptions about many phenomena, the blog is less
suited for such content. Nevertheless, it remains at
the top of my list for the occasional nugget that you
won't find anywhere else.

Review of Mike Henderson

Off point, surly and always entertaining

June 20, 2009

Mike is an iconoclast not fit for his own britches.
He's crass, cool and confused, which puts him ahead of
most of his peers. Mike is, in all seriousness, a very
talented storyteller, a social media maven and a fine
young gentleman with a wicked sense of humor.

Great source for up-to-date information

June 13, 2009

Pete/Mashable is one of my top choices for go-to web
and social media information. It's always timely and
nearly always relevant.

Highly recommended

June 13, 2009

I've enjoyed Tim's book and blog for more than a year
now. He is pragmatically provocative and has sound
ideas about radically changing your worldview about
life and work. His fault is that he is over-the-top in
the hype department at times, but at the end of the day
his material is far more innovative and cutting edge
than most of us are capable of delivering from our own
ideas.
