J.A. is one of the top basketball writers out there. I
love his insight. Adonde's knowledge, humor, and
contribution to Around the Horn are priceless. ATD
wouldn't be the same without him!

Adequate and Knowledgable writer

While his work on Around the Horn was never very
exciting to me, Adande always represents ESPN with
class and integrity. He is a talented writer and
analyst on Basketball but when speaking about another
sport I get the impression he may be regurgitating that
which he has already heard. Great author for all you
basketball fans!

One of ESPN's most knowledgeable writers

J. A. Adande has only been on ESPN for a couple of
years but in that time he has given a lot of basketball
knowledge to the ESPN site, and proven himself to be
interesting and worthy of our attention. His basketball
articles, podcasts, and chats are all great examples of
someone who loves the sport and follows it religiously,
and he has a good sense of humor that comes out
sometimes as well. ESPN is currently using him to write
the occasional article for them but hopefully he will
be taking a more active role in the site and on the
shows they run.
