Lauren is a young PR & social media professional, but
you wouldn't know that reading her award-winning blog.
Even with 15 years of experience, I walk away from
Lauren's blog each and every time with a different
perspective, insight or question. And that's the mark
of a great PR/social media professional...Lauren can
make even the most tenured PR/SM pro think outside the
norm. For that alone, I am giving her a 10.

What a pleasure it's been to get to know Lauren over
the past few months and to see her blog come into its
own. I think it's one of the 5-10 best blogs out there
right now - always fresh, sometimes provocative and
even controversial, and written by one of the best
young minds in the PR business today.

It's her personality that draws you in; however, once
you get aquainted with her quirky and fiesty sense of
humor, you realize that she's extremely smart and
talented. Never one to shy away from anything, her blog
covers everything from the essentials of PR to the "hot
topics" that make you really question yourself.
She's a bright young mind and the future of the PR
industry is in great hands.

To call her an up-and-comer is just not gonna cut it -
Lauren is intelligent, practical, open, engaging and
clever. Her writings on her blog and banters on
Twitter have made her a person that I follow with
enthusiasm - she never ceases to entertain and educate.

If was lucky enough to start a business tomorrow, I'd
fill the company with as many Lauren's as I could find.
One problem; there is only one Lauren.
Lauren is amazing; at her job, at people skills, and
her ability to go above and beyond on everything she
puts her mind too. On top of that, she is a great
writer with a quick wit and smart approach to every
subject.
A true talent in every sense of the word.

Over the last few months, I've discovered so many great
blogs via Twitter. Lauren's is no exception. In
addition to providing loads of thought-provoking
content, she also is excellent at generating useful
conversations with her posts.

Lauren - via her blog, Twitter or any other
communication avenue - never fails to offer up
questions and opinion with a CubanaLAF twist. Her
"flirty nerd" style makes it easy for anyone to join
the conversation, learn something and make new friends.
And boy, do they. Just check out the comment threads on
some of her posts. If you're in PR, you need to be
reading her blog.

I've enjoyed watching Lauren blossom as a budding
blogger. From her first post to some of her most recent
rants, Lauren is constantly pushing the PR envelope and
encouraging people to think different about our
industry.
Looking forward to watching her evolve even further
over the months to come.

I've been lucky enough to connect with Lauren through
Twitter, initially, and have realized what a smart and
thoughtful person she is - a real asset to the
community.
I've just recently started reading her blog, LAF.
Though she only started blogging at the beginning of
this year, she's definitely made a big splash in the
blogosphere and the PR industry.
Be on the watch for her!

I've had the pleasure of connecting with Lauren on and
off her blog. Lauren is one of the most caring and
helpful people I've met in the PR space and it shows in
her blog. All her posts are aimed at shedding a new
light on an issue or providing helpful tips to others
looking to learn and grow in the PR industry.
Posts are very unique and generally easy to read.
You can usually expect a good conversation to develop
in the comments as well.
I highly recommend you start reading LAF and that you
connect with Lauren personally...you won't regret it.
