She must be an awesome writer to be retired from the
game and still ranked so high.

Pleale update your profile

January 17, 2013

Yet another top rated persons blog is out of commision.
She nicely wrote on Dec. 30, 2010 that she will no
longer post at this site. Therefore as this profile
stands... it is junk. Maybe she is a good writer, but
not here. Please update the profile so that I can
rereview.

Great collection of articles for a healthy lifestyle

September 18, 2012

Great author! I felt like there is a great range of
content for anyone who is well established in a healthy
lifestyle but for also those who want to get healthy
and need a good starting point. Promotes healthy eating
to improve your health and wellbeing and in turn
achieve sustained weight loss not promoting 'fad diets'
which I find compelling. I also like that it covers all
areas of your lifestyle from health and fitness to
beauty and relationships. I will definitely use this
site as reference point and I know I will gain some
great advice from it.

Tips from a licensed nutritionist

January 08, 2010

Monica Reinagel offers great resources for both men and
women, who are concious about the importance of their
health. Her pieces of advice will help you watch your
weight, manage a specific health condition, or just eat
healthier.

Her post "Four ways to make your resolution stick"
not only puts into words what many of us think, but it
will make it easier to achieve our goals. I have really
found each of her posts incredibly interesting and
useful.

Great source of Nutritional Facts!

November 30, 2009

I find that a lot of the nutritional facts she
presents are from reliable sources. She definitely
looks at all angles for the best advice. Her topics
cover monthly events and include new approaches to
healthy nutritional methods. It was easy to understand
the information on her blog. I didn't leave the The
Nutritional Data Blog uneducated. Overall, it was a
great source of nutritional facts!

Enjoyed the blog and associated tools

June 22, 2009

I enjoyed her writing style. Quick, no nonsense (to
the point). The tools offered on the ND site are a
great benefit to the readers.
